I love my crock pot!
Crock Pots are traditional gift that most couples receive for their wedding. We got one too but I'm not going to lie, I wasn't super excited about it. It mostly stayed in the box for the first year of marriage. But when we moved down to St. George, I came across it and decided that I would rebel no longer. Guess what...I LOVE MY CROCK POT!! The last couple of months I have made so many yummy Sunday dinners in it; just last Sunday I made my first Pot Roast with it as well! I was so excited that it turned out, I called my Mom.; although I don't think she shared the same enthusiasm as I did. If you have a good recipe, please share! I can't get enough of the crock pot goodness!
Chris and I are doing well and very much enjoying the beautiful weather here in St. George. The summer heat was starting to wear me down and become one of my weekly complaints; Chris was wonderful by just nodding his head though.

Amanda!!! It was so good to hear from you. I miss you. We need to catch up SO bad. I skimmed through your blog and can't believe all the changes that have occurred in such a short period of time. It looks like you are a teacher. Congratulations! I bet it is so wonderful to be done with school. I graduate in April and can't wait. I thought you were living in Logan, but apparently you are in St. George. That is great too.
By the way, chicken pieces mixed with a little milk and cream of chicken, and topped with stuffing, is very yummy and easy to make in the crock pot.
I share the same love as you for crock pots, they are great when you are working and don't want to cook when you get home.
Question, I need a new one my lovely crock pot has a short in it and so Tay and I have been looking for a new one; any advice??
