13...12...11...10...9...8...

The big day for Amanda and I is quickly approaching. Only 13 days stand between us and our marriage. Everything is coming together and we owe the majority of that to our loving families, generous parents, and patient mothers. Yesterday, we had our final interviews with the stake president where we received our temple recommends. During the upcoming week we will pick up our marriage licence and any other final paper work.
We will be living in a condo that Amanda's parents are kind enough to rent to us for the first few years of our marriage. Amanda has already been living in the condo for the last year with several different roommates. All of whom left their own distinctive mark not only on us but on the condo as well. So over the last 2 weeks we have been trying to make this condo our own home. The in laws were gracious enough to let us paint our room. But it wasn't until we had finished painting that Amanda said "Oh my gosh , it's the same color as your parents room." After painting, shampooing the carpet, and organizing the condo a little differently this place is really starting to feel like our own.
We can hardly wait to be married, and we are very excited to go on our honeymoon to Jackson Hole Wyoming. We have booked a white water rafting trip and are planning to spend time in Yellowstone National Park. If we can, we would like to see the Bar J Wranglers in action and if gas prices go down then we will be stopping in at Bear World for our final adventure.
